Originally a blog to update friends and family on the condition of our son, Raymond "Drew" Lewallen (born March 8, 2006), who was diagnosed with a congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) at 18 weeks gestation. Drew passed away on April 16, 2006; he was 5 weeks and 4 days old. It has since morphed into the blog of a mother dealing with the death of her son and bragging about her other 2 children.

Dear Jana,
Thank you for announcement in precious Baby Drew's blog. We have taken some messages about what induction at 37w6d would be early. One of postings was from Sheri (who had 3 CDH baby, you know, so this was very important for us. We are worried and I have sent mail to our doctors, and surgeon too. They send mails back to us and said that they would consider about this. Now, we are waiting for appointment curiously on Tuesday,June 27.
